Hi I have sent more evidence to maximus (Manchester) but they are saying they never received it. I send it so they had to sign for it which they have. I am going to send it again and I what to send it to DWP but can not find where to send it to. I have had this problem before.. Pat

The address for the DWP office should be on any letter you have received in regard to your ESA claim, the more recent the better, as they keep changing the addresses.
