Hello, I was refused PIP, appealed , and now will be attending a PIP Tribunal this Month, I have stated on my PIP Application form that I'm unable to go outdoors on my own and need to with someone when I do, my question is' will the the New PIP Legislation starting from 16th March affect my claim? Based on what you have written you are assessing yourself as meeting Descriptor (e), this is not affected by the change.
