Hi

Just writing to say a very huge thank you to B&W for the support and members guides , which have proved to be invaluable, in my husbands renewal for ESA . Today , his ESA letter came and he was awarded , without a medical assessment. and placed in the support group. !!

He was sent an ESA50 for renewal and I was more than prepared to advocate for him. The B&W member guides helped guide me through the maze of uncharted territory in the world of welfare rights !

Thank you B&W!...you are amazing!!
