Hi All
Today i have received a form called PIP. 1043. I was assessed this time last year in a home assessment and now i have got to fill in this PIP Award Review which is a tick box questionnaire, you either tick, Easier, Harder or No change. Does anyone know about this type of form and if so is it OK to just tick a box and leave the comments blank or is it best to write something even if there has been no change? Any advice would be very welcome as i haven't had this type of form before.

May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? This will allow you to return with further questions or comments about your PIP without having to start a new topic each time.
