PIP FtoF report auditing was created by old smokie

need some help on this one, had my PIP face to face (Dundee, Scotland) two weeks ago and still no report. Telephoned today and was told it has been pulled for a "Quality Audit" ? asked about timescale and was told there is no time scale it can take months ?

is this correct and can anyone tell me what the auditing means and is actually for, the person I spoke to was extremely vague and unhelpful.

A certain number of reports will be looked at for quality control. I believe this is often routine but it could also be carried out if the assessor is new.
