No Decision Letter but have copy of Assessment was created by admail@aglarond.co.uk
Hi
I'm being transferred from DLA to PIP and don't yet have a decision letter. I do have a copy of the in-home assessment. There are some factual errors (eg: start time of assessment), some evidence (including doctor's report) not listed and some significant omissions.
There is also a section where the chosen descriptor (can walk 50 - 200 metres) is different to the written summary which clearly states that a 20 - 50 meters distance would be appropriate.
My question is whether I should wait and see what the decision maker has decided or if I should point this error out to the DWP ASAP?

You have nothing to lose by contacting the DWP, but stick to those issues that will help you score points, so issues like the start time will not do this but the discrepancy in the wal;king distances will.
