Had my assessment report today contd

The functional restriction affecting my mobility activities identified in report she put not applicable. Another statement based on client future suggest to review in 3 years.
There is a lot of not applicable. Is that negative report by the assessor. The word medium term is used my condition could deteriorate in the future. Said I did not require promoting. She had the answer in front of and it required a yes or no answer . She told me not go back we are dealing with now. Thank you. Distress lee
