I just transferred for DLA to PIP . I have been in hospital for the period when benefits from one to another. Does the new benefit PIP start with the new 28 day rule. Jonathan

My full name is showing, how can I stop it? I'm afraid not, the PIP legislation simply refers to the time spent in hospital so if you have spend more than 28 days in in hospital then the PIP rules apply.
