Face to face home appt for pip

Hi all,
I finding it hard to understand the site. I have been a member for s3veral years. I was awarded dla Indefinitely several years ago. My anxiety is out of control and I'm worried sick. Have been physically sick also. I have my face to face in my home on Monday and I'm not sure what to expect or say. My g.p. keeps saying let them try take it off u but I know it's not up to them. Just looking for help/advice, what to expect
