Suicidal feelings/attempts

Hi,

If a claimant has suicidal feelings/thoughts and has already attempted to do this a few times as a result of depression and anxiety, which ESA descriptor/question would this fall under? Initially, I thought it would be under "Awareness of danger and hazards" but I'm not sure. What would you advise?
