pip appeal was created by soxie
I have my appeal in 2 weeks I only got the letter today so not a lot of time to prepare. My question is I assume the panel are working from the report from atos so do I bring up that it is a total work of fiction every page is a lie and most of the stuff in the report did not take place I have complained to both atos and dwp to be told by both ''we stand by the report'' or do I just not mention it?

Have you done anything with your appeal since you received the DWP "bundle" two months ago?
You can make a submission up to seven days before the hearing.
You need to explain why you should receive an award if you have not already done so, so go through your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to make sure that you have done this. Your comments would form the basis of your own submission.

I was told there would be a waiting time of 66 weeks for my appeal as they only hold them on a Friday where I live so I haven't really done anything yet apart from complain to atos and dwp, so now i'm not sure what to do. There was a cancellation which is why it's now in 2 weeks. I did inform the appeals tribunal service of everything that was wrong when I got the bundle I wrote a long letter naming each thing that was wrong on the assesors report and also enclosed a letter from my g.p. . I get stressed easily so my plan is just to turn up and try to answer all their questions rather than go on a rant ......
