Statements in support of PIP from family

I'm afraid we do not have a template for this, each letter needs to be personal to the person writing it.

In addition to including details of who they are they also need to explain how they know you and how often they see you, the more often the better.

Next they need to explain the difficulties that they see you have with the PIP activities and lastly they need to attest that the information they have supplied is accurate.
