Capita do more home assessments than ATOS but it is certainly no where near 90%, I'm afraid you won't get a home assessment without the support of your GP as you will need them to write to Capita explaining why you cannot attend at their offices.
DLA claimants are being chosen at random and the project is significantly behind schedule so it could be years before you receive an invitation.
