ESA Contradictaory Informatiom was created by Jens
Hi All
In my last ESA appeal it was found that that there was contradictory information from the submitted ESA50 form. I'm now being reassessed. Can I mention this as a stress anxiety factor in my new ESA50 form?
Thank you,
Kind regards,
Jens

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

You can, but ESA Decisions are made by you showing that you meet the criteria for one, so you need to explain how this has effected your ability to complete the ESA activities for it to have any weight.

Hi Gorden
Thank you. It just feels hopeless as it does not matter what info you give them they draw there own conclusion and have to wait almost a year for an appeal.
kind regards,
Jens
