How long should pip assessment take ? was created by Dollydee
Hi,
I am going through my pip med report in which the HP claims to of done a physical examination. I was wondering how long from start to finish an assessment should take when carried out correctly ie physical assessment acctually done.
The HP DID NOT DO ANY FORM OF EXAMINATION yet writes full page of info which are lies. I need to prove HP did not do the test,it took 28 mins from going in to going out. There would not of been enough time, would there ????
Is it a sackable offence for HP to include wrong misleading info in their reports, not doing job properly ?

I would expect an assessment to be 50-60 minutes.
If you can show deliberate intent by the assessor then I would expect it to be a disciplinary offence, but I think you will struggle to show this unless you have a recording of the assessment and even then maybe not.

hi do you mind me asking which centre this took place at? i dont seem to be able to send a private message to ask, but this sounds similar to my assessment. thanks.
