Hopefully members who have had a Paper hearing will respond as well.
It can be quite variable, Paper hearing are slotted into the panel's schedule as they can be, if the venue is busy and there are few cancellations then it could be some time, but if there are then it could be quite quick. In general Paper hearings are heard more quickly than Oral ones.
