should i get a statement of truth and was my medicle taped as surly they would say?the hp was abrupt rushing me ,not listening,twisted my words lied and ime pretty man when i go to court will he be there ,
To win your appeal you must show that you meet the criteria for an award, there is no other route to winning your appeal.
Your medical will not have been recorded unless you requested it to be.
If there are significant issues with the assessment report then you should certainly correct these but be aware the panel are unlikely to want to spend time talking about the report, they will be far more interested in why you meet the criteria.
