You are very unlikely to get a home assessment without the support of your GP, they will need to write to the Assessment Provide explaining why you cannot attend at their offices.
If you want to record your assessment then you need to contact the AP for permission, you will need to be able to make two simultaneous recording direct to tape or CD. You cannot make a digital recording.
