Had letter today saying I may need a f2f assessment with capita. Has anyone else had this then have to have a assessment? Stressed out at the thought of it

It's a standard letter that Capita send to claimants once they have received their file from the DWP.
Waiting times for assessments are currently 10-12 weeks at the moment.
