Incapacity Benefit was created by ett

Hi, I wonder if you can help I am trying to prove I had incapacity benefit before 2001 but have no paper work. I have found a document that has cont condition/exemption Rsn post April 2001 satisfied would anyone know what this means. Thank you

I'm sorry but the reference means nothing to me.

Have you considered making a Subject Access Request to the DWP for any information they are still holding on from 2001.
