Hi Everyone,
This is my first time on this forum so a bit unsure ? Anyway, I'm looking for advise on completing the DWP 'capability for work questionnaire' that I've received. I'm very worried that if I don't give the right answers then my benefits will be cut !
I've been in receipt of ESA in the support group for over 4 years. I have long term depression & anxiety, fibromyalgia and arthritis.
I don't know where to start with this form as the questions seem formatted not to be helpful. I'm very anxious as the deadline to return the form, with medical evidence is 4th August !! All the stress is all adding to my health issues. Any advice is very welcome. Thank you
