As far as I am aware the current version of the software used for ESA assessments is not in the public domain, the ones that are date back to ATOS and pre-date the last change to the ESA Descriptors and Regulations.
The ESA Claim guides include a section towards the back that includes the assessment process and the questions that you are likely to be asked.
