I need to phone my local DWP to ask for a copy of my recent PIP f2f assessment. Are my local DWP the same as where my DLA award comes from ? Feel silly asking but just can't think straight.
Benefit claims are all administered centrally these days. So you just need to phone DWP for a copy of the report, you don't need to find a number for your local office.
