Hi Yesterday received the dreaded brown envelope with a date for face to face interview for my husband for next week Monday 8.10am. Not much notice but less time to get stressed I suppose. My husband struggles in a morning to even get his breath let alone to get ready and for me to get him there for that time. If need be he may have to be in his pj's in the wheelchair, depends how he is on the day but at that time I don't hold out much hope. On the letter it says he can request a home visit. Has anyone else had a home visit? Thanks Jillybobs
You will need your husband's GP to write to the Assessment Provider explaining why he cannot attend at their offices to have any hope of a home assessment.
