Dwp incompetence! was created by mikegee1968
Hi at present I am appealing decision not to award me pip. No points following f2f due to the lies of the atos unprofessional and mr rubber stamped by dwp. On saturday received bundle from dwp. To my shock and horror the bundle contained a 30page medical report concerming SOMEONE else which went into the most intimate details! What should I do? Has any other member had this issue? Where have my reports gone? As far as I am concerned the bundle is now defective and not fit for purpose! I was thinking along the lines of formal complaint against dwp for gross breach of data protection/informing the information commissioner/informing my local MP. Any thoughts from the Mods and others would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You should certainly contact the Tribunal Service and the DWP about the report, however, as you have not suffered a breach of the Data Protection regulations, it is the person who's report has been sent that has suffered the breach, I don't see how you any complaint that you might make can extend beyond your report not being included.
I would contact your MP about the issue
Contacting your MP
If there is contact information for the other claimant then you could contact them and make then aware of what has happened.
