i have to go to a health assessment interview on tuesday , i am in the wrag group because of health issues and i get carers allowance for my elderly mother who lives with me as i am her full time carer so why do i need an interview when they already know this

Have you recently, or not so recently, completed a new ESA50?
It sounds like you are being reassessed, a face to face assessment is a standard part of this process.
