Hi all
Just wondered if anyone might have a link to the Repeal Bill's area of Welfare Benefits?
Having so little trust in the Con's, I wouldn't put it past them to at some stage regard it as having carte blanch to tighten up the Welfare Benefits in favour of the Gov't, even more than they already do!
Kind Regards
P.

Have a look at the following
www.gov.uk/government/publications/infor...bout-the-repeal-bill
however I would not expect you to find anything about benefits, these are defined in UK law not EU.

Hi Gordon and heartfelt thanks.
As yet I've just skimmed through some of the link and it would appear to me that, the Equality Act 2010 will remain unchange for those "Individuals with Protected Characteristics". I assume that the Definitions in the Act relating to Disabled etc., will thus remain unchanged, which is a huge relief!
Kindest of regards
