if my grandaughter gets carers allowence does she need to open a bank account .

Yes, benefits are now only paid to a suitable account.

No it has to be hers.

Can I remind you that she needs to be providing 35 hours of care a week, cleaning may not be classed as caring.

she helps me in the bath when needed ,she washes my hair every day she helps cooking as well,does it answear your question ,will that do.
