Hello , yes on the review review it asked if I had become worse , so I explained that my knee had got worse and I will eventually have to have a knee replacement and I enclosed a letter from my consultant, I also asked my doctor if he could write me a letter as evidence, I enclosed the letter , I also explained as much as possible how much my anxiety had gone worse and I am awaiting a letter from my consultant at the clinic who sent me for an X-ray and it clearly says my knee has gone worse since the last one I had in 2018 ,when I receive it I will send to dwp ,the consultant at Fairfield has been on Holliday I also had an X-ray with them but I won’t see it until he gets back, also Fairfield is closing on April 15 for corona virus and my appointment is the 16 th , they have said that they may see me earlier, but the X-ray. Will be the same anyway,

You don't need to chase your posts, we'll answer them as soon as we are able but the Mods are only online at certain times of the day.
If this was a review form then I'm afraid I would not expect any increased award to be backdated as it appears that you did not initiate the review by contacting the DWP to tell them about your deteriorated condition.
You really need to write to the DWP rather than ringing them, you are already at a disadvantage with this review and you need to make sure that any notification of your changed conditions is registered properly to have any chance of getting an earlier award date.

Hi Kath
You will find the address of the office dealing with your area on the original letter you were sent.
