Could someone please advise me. My friend has PIP enhanced daily living and standard mobility. Her condition regarding mobility has got much worse. If she tells DWP will they make her re claim from scratch? as she is worried that her claim will end and she will have to go through the whole process again is that true? THANK YOU.

Reporting a change will result in a new PIP form and almost certainly a new face to face assessment, the new Decision should take into account the existing award but is not bound by it.
