Good day

I am currently receiving ESA Support Group and have recently had a Blue Badge application denied on the grounds I declared in the application form that I may be undergoing an operation in the near future.

Since, the application and subsequent refusal, my Hospital Consultant has since written to me suggesting no operation would be of benefit as I am suffering Minor Coronary Dsease.

Would this be grounds to appeal the Blue Badge application?

Wouldn't it be easier to re-apply with the new information?
