Hi Gordon, my wife received her MR back from the DWP on the 10th Oct.,she has decided to appeal the decision. How long has she got to return the sscs1 form ,is it one calendar month or 28 days from decision letter .Regards Paul.

It's one month from the date on the MR letter but this does include postage time to the Tribunal Service.
