A quick question please. The initial telephone claim for PIP (DLA to PIP) has been completed for my partner. The main form arrived after 3 weeks (Yesterday) to be returned by 24th November. I may be confused? In your guide on PIP it implies that we should have some copy of the original claim on the phone in writing for us to sign and return or the claim closes?? We have not received any paperwork. If we need to do something please inform who we contact?
Regards Emma. PS the lady on the phone certainly did not indicate we would receive a copy of the call details.

I've asked for the guide to be updated.
When PIP was introduced it was standard to send out a copy of the PIP1, now it is only sent if there are outstanding issues.
