ESA reassessment was created by Wendy
Hi Gordon
Have sent a separate message regarding my PIP award on another thread and thanks again for all your help with this. But wanted to ask if you know when my ESA will be reviewed. I was placed in ESA support group in 2012. I had a review in 2013 and then again in 2016.......no change in circumstances or award. Do you know when my next review will be? Thanks

Only the DWP office dealing with your claim can tell you, there will be an entry on the computer system for the next assessment date.

Thanks Gordon. So it sounds like each case may differ. It is normal/acceptable practice to ring DWP and ask? And do you think it safer/better not to ring up? i.e. if they look they may think oh, an assessment should be due whereas on the computer it may not be marked as due yet?

Lots of our members phone up for their reassessment date, the staff on the helpline have no authority to initiate a reassessment.
