My sons esa was created by jacquiek
I want to thank you for your invaluable help in writing a mandatory reconsideration letter. My son went from no award to being awarded and put in a support group. Due to his ADHD and severe learning difficulties.
We could t have done this without your guides.
We don’t know how long we have to wait for his payments or if it will be back dated does anyone know.?

Very pleased for your son, well done.
Back pay should take no more than a couple of weeks, it should be backdated to the date of the Decision if this was a reassessment or the beginning of week 14 of his claim if it was a new claim for ESA.

It was a mandatory reconsideration. So we wondered if it will be back dated ,to when they stopped it in the first place.
