Narcolepsy was created by Steve
Any body had any luck claiming U.C. when suffering Narcolepsy. Previously E.S.A. claimant but since medical review am now having to claim U.C. as medical claimed "fit for some work" . Have put in for Mandatory Reconsideration as nil points awarded. Previously gone to tribunal and awarded E.S.A. work act group through Regulation 29. This now seems to have disappeared from the newer forms. Any information for new U.C. UC50 form gratefully received.

The "rules" for UC are the same as ESA with the exception that Regulation 29 is now Regulation 25.

The UC50 is just a re-labelled ESA50, all of the questions are the same.

If you are trying to qualify under Regulations 25/29 then you will need to provide up to date evidence that your being required to work would pose a substantial risk of harm to you or others.

The ESA Claim guides explain this in more detail.
