I have received my PIP decision - no award, so I need to ask for the mandatory reconsideration.
Please can someone tell me what information I can ask for. The letter states "you can ask us to explain our decision" but when I phoned the DWP to ask them to send this information, she said they would explain verbally if there was anything in the letter I did not understand, but that was all they would give me - the information is in the letter.
Can I ask for all the information they used to make their decision? Do I ask the DWP or the Independent Assessment Services? And how should I word it so I get what I need?
