Do we qualify for SDP was created by pawseuk
Hi,
I am claiming State Pension and I get 'underlying entitlement' for caring for my sister. I have just been awarded PIP standard rate. Will I qualify for an SDP allowance?
My sister is on contributory ESA support group. She gets Enhanced rate care and mobility PIP. Will she also qualify for SDP.

I assume you live together.
Based on your post you would both appear to be eligible for the SD Premium, but neither of you receives a benefit that enables payment.
You would need to make a claim for Pension Credit and you sister would need to see if she is entitled to Income Related ESA as a top-up to her ESA(CB).

I would advise you to both, independently put your information in to one of the online benefit calculators.
