Attendance allowance advice needed was created by ladynono
A friend of mine made a claim for attendance allowance, she showed me a copy of the form she sent, they turned her down, there was not enough detail on it she had mostly ticked boxes with a few sentences here and there,I doubt very much she would get a favourable mandatory reconsideration.would it be possible for her to put in a fresh claim with the help from the rnib helping her with the form, she suffers from macular degeneration and is registered partially sighted with the council.do you know what the time limit is for making a fresh claim.
Thanks for any advice given

There is no waiting time for a new AA claim, they should be able to re-apply immediately.
