Hi Mods,
Sorry to return to this subject again, but I wonder can you help again please?
Our move has taken longer than expected to materialise so we are now in a so called '' UC Full Service Area''. So, apologies once again but does this mean I will have to make a claim for UC when I move?
I am moving within the same Local Authority and I will still need Housing Benefit, so, will I have to go onto UC do you think?
As always, many thanks to you all for all you do here.

If you already have a claim for Housing Benefit and you are moving within the same Local Authority then this should not require a claim for Universal Credit.
If you do not have an existing claim for HB or moving to a different LA (with UC) then it will.
