Hi there , i'm very confused by all the information here. I've been in receipt of esa from 2011 after winning a tribunal in 2012. I heard nothing until 9 months ago when I had an esa 50 sent. I have now been called for a wca. So am I covered by the pre Jan 2013 descriptors / guidelines ? Or the current ones ? Thanks for any help.
Your ESA reassessment will be based on the current descriptors and guidelines. Please refer the the comprehensive ESA guide for the up to date descriptors
