Your problem is likely to be with the time that you need help! The DWP will take the view that you do not need help throughout the Dialysis and will only potentially need it at the beginning and end of the session, significantly reducing the time being used to score points.
If you do need assistance or supervision through out the session then you will need to explain in detail why this is.
