Thinking particularly about ability to cope with change.

The HCP was running 28 minutes late. I was stressed but with great effort kept control. The HCP reported no adverse signs and I was awarded zero points.

The only thing that prevented me walking out was I thought they would just say I left and failed to attend the medical. Do you know what would have happened if I left under the circumstances

I don't think that a 28 minute wait would be classed as unreasonable so you would likely have been classed as failing to attend.

When talking about Coping with Change it is always worth talking about the importance of the change or the consequences associated with it.
