Thank You
Cog impairment & psychotic symptoms causes me to be unable to plan or follow any unfamiliar journey alone.
I can’t undertake any journey alone.
Is it true DWP will call me to discuss MR before they make or send me written decision please?
It’s all very confusing.
They say one thing then do another.
They’re constantly being taken to task & proved unlawful by independent bodies.
Do these people not follow up to check they take remedial action?
If not it seems pointless and a licence for DWP to change nothing.

There's no requirement for the DM to contact the claimant during an MR and the vast majority do not, you can request they contact you and this will make it more likely.
I know you keep saying that you cannot go out alone but this is not the criteria you are being assessed against, the test is whether you can go out, alone or accompanied. You might be better served trying to show that you cannot follow a route.

Gordon surely you will receive the 8 points on the first part of mobility if you can’t use public transport whatsoever.

Suppose I just have to wait & see.
Suspect nothing will change for the better.
Risk they’ll stop award altogether of course.
I work cognitively fine in the moment. Once I turn a page it’s gone. Same with what I’ve said or written.
Reason I lost my job & pensioned off on I’ll health against my will 8 years ago.

The legally defined Descriptors make not reference to Public Transport and we have seen Decision Makers use this as a reason not to award points.
