WRAG - Support Group - WRAG - the 365-day Rule was created by Tree Frog
5 years ago was in WRAG and used up 365 days. Then moved to Support Group for 4 years then moved back to WRAG. DWP seem to think I am entitled to a fresh 365 days in WRAG. Is that actually correct? If you've been in the Support Group and subsequently return to WRAG do you get a fresh injection of 365 days in WRAG?

Thanks for any advice/clarification you can give.

If the mmove to the Support Group was the result of an appeal about you being placed in the WRAG then this would be correct. The appeal Decision would have re-made the Decision that placed you in the WRAG so that in effect, you were never in the group and never used your 365 days.

However, if you were moved to the SG from the WRAG be a reassessment then it is not cirrect as you are only allowed 365 days outside of the SG across your whole claim.
