PIP Home Assessment was created by sonjj50
My husband has Parkinson's and has for 14 years. He can no longer work and is currently on High mobility DLA , he has received his letter from PIP to say they will be carrying out his Assessment at home. Is this usual, does anyone know what he should expect?

Thanks
Sonia

It just means that the Assessment Provider accepts that he would have problems attending at their office.

The PIP Claim guide has a section that covers the assessment and the questions that he is likely to be asked.
