The doctor has referred me to a gym and I've had my introduction. I'm very willing to do this but as I get the high rates of PIP I don't want to see photo's of myself, in the Sun or Mirror, exercising or swimming and being called a fraud. Which I'm not.
What would happen if the DWP saw me trying to improve my health?

I'm afraid there really is no good answer to this :(

You need to balance the benefits to you physically and mentally of your getting better as a result of this gym activity versus the impact doing so may have on your benefits.

As a starting point make sure you understand how you actually qualified for your award and as a result the potential areas of impact.
