Hi All,

I'm aware attendance allowance isn't covered on this forum but I'm just wondering if anyone knows where I can find the regulations that set out the exact criteria for each descriptor.

The ESA regs set out the ESA descriptors in schedule 2 & 3 but I just can't find anything similar for AA.

Attendance Allowance uses the same basic criteria as DLA with some obvious exception; only care is considered and there is no lower rate. Whilst I don't think that is actually included in the legislation there is also a bias against age related conditions.
