pip appeal near miss was created by bobdog
Hi, recently went to a pip appeal after waiting a year & lost out by 1 point on daily living, 7 points, I was gutted but have requested a statement of reasons.I was diagnosed with Aspergers along with depression & anxiety & spondylosis.I have been told I can only appeal on points of law, should I drop it or is there any hope.I now face another ESA50, it's all dragging me down, thanks James

You can't make any decision on whether there has been an Error of Law until you receive the SoR so I would not make any Decision until then.

We haven't seen an ESA award be adversely effected by a failed PIP claim so I would not worry about this.
