Hi Everyone, the last documentation sent to me was from the DWP on 20th July 2017 saying they had received notification from the courts that i had appealed the MR decision and that they were sending a rebuttal. i have heard nothing since from either the court or from the DWP. also i noticed that the DWP have been taking 75 a month out of my money to pay back a full year of advanced daily care awarded to me on my very first application. so my renewal went down i lost advanced daily care and i lost my mobility payment all together. is this right?

Chase the Tribunal Service you should have received the DWP's submission sometime in August 2017!

If I understand your second question correctly, your award was reduced which is why you are appealing and your payments have been reduced, this would be correct. If you win your appeal then you will receive back payment of any missed amounts.

Hi thank You, my award was reduced but they have been taking money back from my previous award.

Well, they said they had made an overpayment. However until recently I hadn't realised they had taken almost a full year of overpayment. I hadn't even looked at the amount of my award I just assumed it to be correct. Now I realise they seem to be recovering the full amount of my previous award. I think I need to get my carer to call and find out.

If you don't know why there has been over payment then you should certainly ask.
